Our standard form of shipment within the UK is 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you order from us before 1pm on a weekday (Monday – Friday) your package should be shipped that day but at busy times this may take longer - you will receive email updates on the status of your order. We can't guarantee a specific delivery date and although most parcels will arrive within a few days, please allow longer at busy times of the year, such as Christmas. You may also have the choice of Next Day Delivery at £4.95 for a parcel you need urgently. Order before 1pm Monday-Thursday to receive your item/s the next day. Important note: orders placed after 1pm may take an additional day to be dispatched and Next Day will not be available on days when we are visiting clients or in a photographic session. For orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday please expect delivery the following Tuesday. Please email us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER if you need your package to be sent to a different delivery address from your billing address. Next Day Delivery to the following areas is sent by the Post Office under '2 Day Offshore Carriage' and may therefore take an additional two days to reach you: Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland. Whichever method you choose, your parcel will require a signature on delivery. Lost parcels are not our responsibility, though we will offer you every assistance in tracking your order. Overseas delivery - we are very happy to accept orders from overseas. Place your order as usual and we will email you with final cost of postage and packing before processing. Or, if you prefer, contact us on 01243 823830 or info@heirsandgracesjewellery.com in the first instance. For overseas orders, we will obtain proof of postage and lost parcels will not be our responsibility. If Royal Mail delivery has been attempted and you have received a card, please arrange a convenient delivery time direct with Royal Mail. You may also pick up your parcel, with ID, at your designated parcel Post Office. This is in line with standard Royal Mail practice. An order of multiple items will normally be sent in one package but sometimes your items may need to be dispatched separately. You will only pay your one delivery charge chosen at the time of your order and we will send you a separate dispatch confirmation email detailing the item(s) in your parcels. We will keep you updated at all times. If you have any enquiries regarding your order or delivery, please email us at: info@heirsandgracesjewellery.com quoting your order number. Alternatively, please call us for assitance on 01243 823830 from Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1700. Returns
